RoCoco Inc Hosts Management Workshop in Milwaukee

As we prepared to head into the holiday season of 2022, the RoCoco Inc leadership from around the country had the opportunity to attend a management development workshop. Managers and assistant managers from all over made their way to Milwaukee in October to take part in meetings about business and personal finance, goal setting, training and development, hiring, and retaining talent.

Attendees also had the opportunity to engage in awesome team building such as touring the Blatz Dairy farm which is owned by the family of Becky a, RoCoco Inc manager, and enjoying a dinner at Fixture Pizza Pub. The team also enjoyed the Milwaukee Pedal Tavern to wrap up the fun.

The ultimate goal of this event was for leaders to connect with other leaders around the country and have the opportunity to learn from others. RoCoco Inc leaders had the opportunity to teach and be taught by leaders in the industry. It was great to see the our team learn how to continue to strive for excellence in their field and we can't wait for the next one!
